Gloucester’s going gourmet

Gloucester gourmands rejoice! Lords of the Manor, the Michelin starred restaurant in Upper Slaughter, is set to host a succession of gourmet wine and champagne dinners.

Priced at £99 per person, the dinners will be attended by representatives of various wine houses, who will divulge expert advice on the wines as guests are being served. The evenings present a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an education on various wines, while enjoying a perfectly matched menu designed by head chef, Matt Weedon, who has held a Michelin star since 2008.

The dates for the gourmet dinners, all of which will tale place in the restaurant at the Lords of the Manor hotel – an enchanting 17th Century former rectory featuring honey-coloured stone, walled gardens, parkland and a lake – are as follows:
