I recently returned to live in London, having spent the last five years chasing the sun. The city has changed considerably since I last called it home – witness the massive redevelopment of Stratford and much of east London, the Oxford Circus Diagonals (which have helped make shopping and strolling along Oxford Street so much more civilised), the rise of art from a minority interest to a prime pastime- and the capital’s new found affection for the acronym.
