With half term on the horizon, chances are you’re wondering how to keep your little ones occupied and entertained.
One option is to wander out west to Watford for the Warner Bros Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter which offers children and adults alike the opportunity to journey behind the scenes of Harry Potter and experience the magic that has gone into creating the most successful film series of all time.
Visitors are able to step into the original Great Hall, first built for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, experience green technology and marvel at the breathtaking miniature scale model of Hogwarts castle. The attraction will allow visitors the chance to see firsthand the sheer scale and details of the actual sets, costumes, animatronics, special effects and props that have been used in all eight of the Harry Potter films.
In addition to the Great Hall, some of the most iconic sets featured in the attraction include Dumbledore’s office, Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic, 4 Privet Drive, Gryffindor common room and the Weasley kitchen.
Tickets for Warner Bros Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter are available via www.wbstudiotour.co.uk and must be pre booked in advance by selecting tour times throughout the day. Tickets are not available to purchase on site. Tickets are priced at £28 for adults, £21 for children and £83 for a family of four. The attraction is located just north of London at Warner Bros. Bros Studios Leavesden with fast train links from Euston and a a shuttle bus for ticket holders to and from Watford Junction.
