Bruno Loubet turns up the heat at Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival

Lovers of good food, good drink and good weather will be wishing they had booked a break in Barbados this week. The Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival – a four day frenzy of world renowned chef demonstrations and interactive tasting sessions – which runs until October 21, kicked off yesterday.

Attendees can get up close and personal with masters of cuisine from across the globe including Bruno Loubet (the man behind Bistro Bruni Loubet at The Zetter Hotel in Clerkenwell), Marcus Samuelsson, Ming Tsai, Paul Yellin, Tom Colliccio and Tom Brodi. Meanwhile local chefs lending their expertise include David Yarbe, John Hazzard, Michael Hinds and Carten Flindt.
